Os presento las vistas desde mi dormitorio...Me encanta ver la Gran Vía cuando me levanto. El edificio Metrópolis y al final de la calle el edificio Telefónica.

Let me introduce the beautiful views from my bedroom. I love La Gran Via. On the left Metropolis building and at the end of the street, Telefonica building.

El beso/ The Kiss

El Beso de Rodin es una de mis esculturas favoritas. Vi la exposición hace años en Inglaterra y me encantó. Este cuadro se lo regalé a mi hermano y mi cuñada.

'The Kiss' is one of my favorites scultures. I watched the exhibition many years ago in England and I loved it. I gave this picture to my brother and sister-in-law.

Rua Augusta in Lisbon

Como ya os dije, este cuadro estaba sin terminar y así es como ha quedado. A la tercera va la vencida...pero por fin lo termine. 

As I said before, this picture was unfinished and here the final result. The third time's the charm..but at least I finished it.

Lisboa

Otra ciudad en la que he estado viviendo temporalmente es Lisboa, la ciudad de las siete colinas. Estuve por motivos laborales, y ya que tenía todas las tardes libres, pues empecé a pintar. Estuve en el taller de un pintor muy conocido allí, Pedro Besugo

For a while I lived in Lisbon, the City set on seven hills. I worked for several months there and during my free afternoons took the opportunity to attend workshops run by Pedro Besugo, a well known Portuguese artist.

El tranvía recorriendo las estrechas calles.
The tram travelling through the narrow streets.

Piérdete por las estrechas calles hasta encontrar el Barrio Alto, que de noche pasa de un barrio típico a una de las zonas con más vida nocturna de Lisboa.

Lose yourself in the narrow undulating streets and you will eventually come across El Barrio Alto, an area transformed at night into the city’s vibrant nightlife quarter.

Rua Augusta, una de las calles más comerciales de Lisboa, al fondo el Arco del Triunfo que conmemora la reconstrucción de la ciudad después de terremoto del 1755. Termina en la Plaza del Comercio.
Este cuadro todavía no está terminado. No sé cuándo lo terminaré, así que lo he puesto hasta que me vuelva a venir la inspiración.

Rua Augusta, Lisbon’s commercial area.  At the end of the street you will find the Triumphal Arch, built to commemorate the city’s reconstruction after the 1755 earthquake.  The picture is unfinished, I am waiting for inspiration….

Vuelvo a los cuadros más actuales. Hice dos versiones de mismo motivo. ¿Cual os gusta más, el más realista de abajo o este de la izquierda? Prefiero este, por que casi puedes tocar las pinceladas...
